What we do

We believe that we service our clients best by delivering i-Modules of service and i-Tools designed for a specific purpose with the end user in mind - the end user being either the HR manager or the transferee. The i-Helpdesk is available for hands-on trouble shooting.

We offer 8 service modules, designed to cover all aspects of relocation.

Within each module we can tailor the programme to suit the transferee needs while remaining within employer set boundaries.
Modules of service can be combined into a more cost-effective i-Package of support for your transferees.

Next to these modules, we deliver a number of tools – 8 to be exact. Some tools are online, some are reports on International Mobility topics, some are checklists, others are product kits.

One of our online tools, the i-Survival Café, is publicly available on our website. The other online tools can only be accessed if you are client at i-Mobility Relocation and have been granted access to the log in section on our site.

A few examples of the purpose of the Helpdesk (clients only):

  • You were in a rush to go the office and forgot to take your key. Call us and will get a locksmith to you.
  • You bought a second hand car and don’t know which part of the car registration papers you need to take to the post office.
  • You are looking for a translated version of the Dutch car insurance claim form. We have it in English, French, German and Italian.

A bit of help here and there will do wonders and make your life a lot easier. And that is precisely why we are here.
