How may we serve you?
How we work
i-Mobility Relocation is a flat type of organisation with very little overhead costs. We employ International Assignment Coordinators (IAC’s) and Consultants. They work together in teams to assist you and your transferees:
- The IAC is the expert on all international mobility topics and takes care of the immigration process. She is based at our office and acts as the HR focal point and account manager.
- The consultant is locally based and the expert on the specific location. She takes care of the relocation programme, the planning of activities and execution thereof. She also accompanies the transferee to appointments at the IND, town hall, the home finding trip etc.
HR will always have one focal point and account manager - the IAC.
The IAC will be reporting to HR on a regular basis on the progress of each transfer and organise regular evaluation meetings.
The transferee can rely on two contacts – the consultant and the IAC.
On the one hand there is the primary focal point, the consultant, for all relocation matters like home finding and settling in. On the other hand, there is the IAC for immigration matters. The IAC will also be available in case the consultant is not able to take calls.

Cristian van Breemen
Cristian has a background in marketing. She lived and worked in Moscow, Russia and Zürich, Switzerland. Next to having been expatriated with her family, Cristian worked in relocation for several years before starting her own company.
